SAS 70 Compliance Means Your Financial Information is Secure

DerivActiv meets the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. The firm has received a SAS 70 Type II audit by an independent CPA for consecutive years since 2009. The audit confirms that DerivActiv has ample internal controls and safeguard measures in place to ensure complete security of our clients' financial data.  Beginning in 2012, The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) has issued Statement of Standards for Attestation Engagements 16 (SSAE 16) to replace SAS 70.  DerivActiv plans to continue to annually have our policies, procedures and practices reviewed in accordance with the new standards.
